wonderful stay!

helpful staff comfortable room excellent location breakfast options

The staff were consistently helpful and cute. the size of my room was decent and quite comfortable. the hotel's location proved excellent. All major sights were easily accessible. the breakfast provided substantial and excellent options, offering more than just standard bread and cereal.

the gym needed some tlc, one of the treadmills was out of order. it did not impact my stay in any major way. i still managed to enjoy my runs outdoors, admiring the amazing scenery around.

The room was very clean. Breakfast offered many choices. I found the underground parking very convenient. Reserving ahead of time provided covered parking with direct room access for 30 euros per night. It made coming and going very easy. The hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants was a definite plus.

I noticed some noise due to proximity to the train station.

lovely stay near everything

welcome water great location easy walk

the check-in staff gave us water bottles, a nice welcome. our room worked well for traveling with my husband and our son. i liked the balcony for coffee in the mornings. the location let us walk easily to the city center.

i didn't like the room overlooking another building, i asked for a mont blanc view.

the staff provided useful local information and responded quickly to requests. the hotel offered luggage storage for an 8 day trek, very helpful. they were accommodating with transfers and ski lessons before our arrival, a nice touch.

The location was close to the train station. The room was spacious and warm, though the bed was comfortable. I liked that the room had a separate bathroom and toilet. I loved it. I also appreciated the view of the nature from the terrace. Its charming.

I found the staff were always helpful. The wellness center is fantastic with several excellent facilities. The room was spacious and very comfortable (I slept so well!).

There was no air conditioning in the room.
